EPICWARE didn’t begin in healthcare. Our roots trace back to Flightdocs, where our founding team helped build and scale a mission-critical aviation platform trusted by operators worldwide.

At Flightdocs, downtime wasn’t an option. The software we engineered managed the safety and compliance of entire fleets. We grew from early prototypes to a 40-engineer team, securing $10M in investment from Argentum and forging partnerships with leaders like Boeing. Along the way, we passed rigorous SOC I & II audits, embraced DevSecOps at scale, and delivered the white-glove service that earned an industry-leading NPS score. Eventually, Flightdocs was acquired by private equity — a successful exit built on reliable, secure, and user-focused software.

 

That same DNA is now at the heart of EPICWARE. We take the precision, compliance mindset, and customer obsession we mastered in aviation and apply it to our passion and the next frontier: HealthTech.
